贾龙飞回忆说，当时，博海小学的一辆校巴有不少学生从车上下来，学生下车后司机掉头往前开。“我看见校车突然冲着路边开过来，就在那一刹那，我儿子一下子就被卷入车底，后来校车的后轮还压在了孩子身上。”

事故发生后，贾龙飞和周围的路人赶紧叫住还在往前行驶的校车司机。贾龙飞说：“当时，司机停下车从车上下来看了看车轮下面的孩子，之后，他竟然上车把车子往前又开了大约半米，把车子从孩子身上碾过。”
